External wall insulation to a clipped eave detail, where roof insulation is fitted between the roof rafters to form a pitched internal ceiling in roof.

Technical description

Installation of new EWI, cut to fit eaves insulation and form gutter parapet where insulation to roof installed to rafters. New membranes.

    Installation : Sealed to phenolic and dressed to drainage point at the end of each run of guttering to allow water to exit construction.
